Infeed conveyor

Infeed conveyors are used to transport light or bulk waste to processing machinery. They make it possible to transport the waste to the start or end of the line, and to make the connection between the conventional conveyor belt and the other processing equipment such as crushers or compactors.

For waste processing, infeed conveyors typically allow bulk waste to pass through a hopper. This type of conveyor can be horizontal or inclined depending on the uses.
Infeed conveyors most often run on roller conveyors. They are made of stainless steel and have a frame on the sides to prevent waste from falling when feeding.
