The D3RE25IE is a highly efficient dosing pump designed by DOSATRON®, known for its robust construction and precise dosing capabilities. This pump features an optimized design with a durable polypropylene casing, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It offers a highly ergonomic dosage adjustment, allowing users to easily switch between micro and macro dosages. With an injection range of 5 to 25%, this dosing pump can handle water flow rates from 10 liters per hour to 2 cubic meters per hour, providing flexibility for various operational needs.

The D3RE25IE is engineered to operate under water pressures ranging from 0.5 to 4 bar, ensuring consistent performance across different environments. It is capable of injecting concentrated additives at rates between 0.1 to 300 liters per hour, making it an ideal choice for industries requiring precise chemical dosing. The pump's stroke volume is approximately 0.53 liters, and it is equipped with NTP-BSP 3/4'' M Ø 20x27mm connections for seamless integration into existing systems. Additionally, the D3RE25IE features a PVC hose with dimensions Ø 16x22mm and a length of 1.75 meters, providing ample reach for various setups.

Furthermore, the pump includes seals for both acidic and alkaline additives, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of chemicals. It also boasts an external injection system with an integrated by-pass for manual activation and deactivation of additive suction. For handling highly concentrated acids and aggressive concentrates, the pump is fitted with a PVDF housing and specialized seals for acids exceeding 15% concentration.
