The DOSATRON® D3IL10 is a water-powered proportional dosing pump designed for metalworking coolant preparation, providing reliable and constant dosing of soluble cutting oil and other additives directly into the water supply tanks of one or several conventional or CNC machines. Driven solely by the hydraulic energy of the water flow, it injects concentrate proportionally to the passing water volume, helping to maintain a stable mixing ratio even when operating conditions vary.
The D3IL10 features an externally adjustable dosing rate from 1% to 10% (1:100 to 1:10), allowing both low-dosage tank top-ups and higher-dosage fillings. Its operating range supports water flows from 10 l/h up to 3 m³/h at 0.5 to 6 bar, with a concentrated additive injection capability from 0.1 to 300 l/h and a stroke volume of approximately 0.53 l. For machining-focused performance, the D3IL10 is equipped with an emulsifying washer to improve emulsion quality, a 2.75 m suction hose to accommodate various containers (e.g., IBC or 200 l drum), and a standard viscous kit intended to help maintain dosing accuracy despite viscosity changes linked to ambient temperature.
