Description

The DOSATRON® D6 IL 3000 is a water-powered proportional dosing pump designed for accurate, reliable and homogeneous chemical injection in industrial applications. Installed directly on the water line, it uses the hydraulic energy of the water flow to drive dosing, enabling proportional injection without an external power supply. The dosing rate remains proportional to the passing water flow, supporting consistent treatment when flow conditions vary within the operating range.

Engineered for low-dosage chemical control, the D6 IL 3000 supports optimized water and additive consumption while delivering repeatable injection performance. It is specified for a dosing range from 0.03% to 0.3% (ratio 1:3,000 to 1:300) and is intended for applications requiring precise additive metering at relatively low concentration levels. The unit covers an operating flow range from 100 L/h up to 6 m³/h, with an operating pressure range from 0.23 bar to 8 bar, making it suitable for a broad set of industrial process water and chemical injection scenarios.

For integration into piping systems, the D6 IL 3000 is equipped with BSPT connections (1 1/4'' male, Ø 33 x 42 mm). The concentrated product injection rate is specified from 0.03 L/h to 18 L/h, aligning dosing capacity with the hydraulic working range.
