Powered solely by the hydraulic energy of the line, the D9IL2 automatically mixes and injects a concentrated additive in direct ratio to the volume of water passing through the pump, helping maintain consistent treatment even when flow conditions vary. This makes it well suited for industrial processes that require repeatable dosing without an external power supply.
The D9IL2 provides an adjustable injection (dosing) range of 0.2% to 2% (ratio 1:500 to 1:50) and supports a practical water flow range from 500 L/h up to 9 m³/h. It operates across a wide operating water pressure window of 0.15 to 8 bar, enabling integration on many industrial distribution networks. Depending on the setting and operating conditions, concentrated additive injection flow is specified from 1 to 180 L/h, with an approximate stroke volume of 1.7 L to support stable proportionality at higher flows.
