I have waste larger than 150mm and I would like to reduce its size. A hammer mill will be inefficient for the rocks and a crusher requires to separate the waste). What solutions do you recommend for shredding this mixed waste?
I have a product that contains rocks, reinforced concrete, stainless steel, aluminum, iron, plastic, etc. they are larger than 150mm, and I would like to downsize them to smaller sizes than 150mm. I can use a hammer mill but I doubt its ability to crush these rocks, I'm thinking about a crusher, but you have to separate the materials. My question is how to grind all this heap? Additional question: how to separate these substances?

Hello,
Could you specify the nature of the materials to be crushed?
If I understand correctly, you have rock type materials, with metal inclusions? therefore not crushable?
If this is the case, we have our CTHT series jaw crushers, intended for the crushing of this type of material. Please clarify your request as to the nature of the materials
Hello, your request being out of our manufacturing standard, we must check with our design office. Sincerely Emmanuel BRACAVAL
