Sieve for waste

A sieve is a grid, fixed on a frame, with a more or less fine mesh intended to sort solid particles. A sieve for waste is a very large grid intended to retain waste in very large quantities.
The waste screen is generally used by landscapers or communities such as municipalities. It allows them to filter the waste contained in the wastewater before it enters the treatment plant as well as the last waste from the treated water leaving the station. But the waste sieve is also used in an industrial environment (agri-food, chemical or textile) to filter washing water, waste water or process water. The waste filtered by the sieve is used to make compost as part of waste recovery.
Waste screens are mobile or stationary. Mobile sieves are rotating.
