The DOSATRON® D9IL3000 is a water-powered proportional dosing pump designed for centralized industrial installations that require very low dosing ratios while maintaining consistent proportioning across a wide range of operating conditions. Driven by the hydraulic energy of the water line (no external electrical power required), the D9IL3000 injects a concentrated additive proportionally to the main flow, helping deliver repeatable dilution control for process dosing applications.
This model is specified for an injection range of 0.03% to 0.2% (ratio 1:3000 to 1:500) and operates with a water flow range from 500 l/h up to 9 m³/h. The operating water pressure range is 0.15 to 8 bar, enabling use on low-pressure networks as well as higher-pressure industrial lines. The concentrated additive injection capacity is specified from 0.15 to 18 l/h, and the stroke volume is approximately 1.7 l.
